Caverion Corporation – EUR 75,000,000 bond issuance, listing and tender offer

DKCO advised Caverion Corporation and Nordea and SEB as joint lead managers in the issuance and listing of a EUR 75,000,000 senior bond maturing in 2027. We further advised Caverion, Nordea as offeror and tender agent and Nordea and SEB as dealer managers in a tender offer relating to Caverion’s outstanding bond maturing in 2023.
