DKCO is acting as legal advisor for OX2 in the Environmental Impact Assessment

DKCO is acting as legal advisor for OX2 in the Environmental Impact Assessment (“EIA”) processes relating to the two planned large-scaled offshore wind farm projects Noatun North and Noatun South in the Åland Islands.

Both wind farms will comprise of between 310 and 340 wind turbines and each wind farm is expected to generate approximately 20 TWh of electricity per year.

OX2 AB and Ålandsbanken Fondbolag Ab are the driving forces behind the two projects that will be carried out by the local project companies Noatun Åland Norra Kb and Noatun Åland Södra Kb.

The EIA processes are expected to be completed by August 2024.
