DKCO advised Silvestica Green Forest Finland Oy and Silvestica 2 Green Forest Finland Oy in wind farm LLA negotiations

DKCO advised Silvestica Green Forest Finland Oy and Silvestica 2 Green Forest Finland Oy in a series of wind farm LLA negotiations in Finland. The Silvestica companies are subsidiaries of the Swedish forest fund Silvestica Green Forest AB, founded by SEB. The negotiations have resulted in several land lease agreements that together provide space for four new wind farms expected to comprise approximately 53 turbines. The Silvestica companies' share of the development phase lease areas is over 3000 hectares. 

DKCO continues to advise Silvestica in ongoing negotiations to close further land leases - work that promotes and strengthens the development of industrial innovation and renewable energy in Finland.
