Helsinki – DKCO Helsinki

We are seeking lawyers with expertise in employment law for employers, commercial contracts, and/or dispute resolution for permanent positions at our Helsinki office.

DKCO Helsinki focuses particularly on employer labor law counseling, commercial contracts, and dispute resolution. Our slogan is "Small but Premium.

Mariehamn – DKCO Åland

We are seeking lawyers interested in working with premium clients in industry, construction, finance, and the public sector. As the market-leading law firm in Åland, DKCO Åland offers a broad service portfolio and strong local roots.

Vaasa – DKCO Vaasa

We are seeking lawyers specialized in commercial contract law, employment law for employers, public procurement, and/or transactions for permanent positions. DKCO Vaasa provides an opportunity to contribute to establishing DKCO as the leading practice in these legal fields in Western and Southwestern Finland.

What we expect from Associate lawyers:

  • Master of Laws degree
  • 0-3 years of experience
  • Analytical skills and client orientation
  • Proficiency in written and spoken Swedish, Finnish, and English

What we expect from Senior Associate lawyers:

  • Master of Laws degree
  • At least three years of relevant legal work experience
  • Ability to independently manage legal matters
  • Business acumen
  • Proficiency in written and spoken Swedish, Finnish, and English

Previous experience in our specialized areas is considered an advantage.
