Sofia Saarikko and Jonathan Westerlund appointed Senior Associates

Sofia has been a part of DKCO as of autumn 2019 and has grown into a valuable co-worker especially within the field of employment law. During her years at DKCO so far, she has assisted employers in e.g. employment contract matters, working time arrangements, negotiations concerning reorganizations as well as acted as daily HR-support to both national and international clients. As a bonus, Sofia is one of our experts on the new whistleblowing legislation.

Jonathan joined DKCO in 2018 and is a versatile team player and highly appreciated colleague with particular expertise in financial arrangements and corporate transactions as well as restructuring arrangements. He also advises on general commercial law matters related to corporate and contract law.
