Vind AX – Acquisition and financing of a 42 MW wind farm

DKCO advised Vind AX Ab on all aspects of the acquisition and financing of a 10 turbine, 42 MW wind farm. DKCO’s role involved environmental- and permitting issues, raising of capital, share issuances and bank financing, as well as transactions regarding the acquisition and maintenance of the projects wind turbines from turbine manufacturer Vestas.
