Mira Rantamoijanen

Mira has expert knowledge within the fields of employment law, dispute resolution and corporate law. 

Mira advises our clients on employer obligations, employment and management contracts, mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, change negotiations, health and safety obligations and employment litigations.

In addition, Mira has experience in disputes between companies.

Prior to joining DKCO, Mira has worked in other law firms specializing in business law, acted as a district judge and as a referendary in the court of appeal.
